Brock

Background Information

Brock is a rare brawler among the brawlers. He is a long ranged brawler. His weapon of choice is a rocket launcher. He can hold corners on people and zone them from pathways and objectives.  He has low health and high damage and lacks mobility .  Brock’s ultimate allows him to control objectives even harder by forcing the enemy team out of a big area.

Primary Attack

“Brock lets fly with a single Rockin’ Rocket that really goes the distance.”

Rockin Rocket: The rocket launcher shoots out a projectile that can kill people off screen.  the range is so big that even if people cant see you, your still a threat.  However, with its long range comes a long flight time so you have to be able to not only predict how your opponents, move, but how they juke.  If you can’t do this then you will miss a lot of your shots.

Super Ability

“Brock only wants to see you bathing in Rocket Rain: an explosive deluge that takes out enemies and obstacles.”

Rocket Rain: Brock’s ultimate ability is a spammed version of his basic attack. Instead of shooting one rocket, he deploys many rockets spread over a giant area.  The explosion causes massive damage for a short time.   Brock’s ultimate will break walls.  His ultimate ability  can be used  as a zoning tool to stop enemy brawlers from going through a certain path or objective area for a few seconds or do damage to an entire enemy team.

Star Power: Incendiary

“Brock’s main attack rockets set the ground on fire on impact. Enemies in the area take 240 damage per second!”

This star power allows for even stronger zoning and destruction from Brock.  He can infinitely block a small area with his rockets because he can keep sending rockets at a point and that ground will always be on fire.  This is extremely useful for game modes like Heist and Smash and Grab.

Beginner Tips

Brock’s range and projectile speed makes it easy to dodge his rockets,  Learn how the enemies dodge and aim accordingly.

Brock has very little health and thus should always be in the back line.  If you are in front of a teammate, you are too close.

Always keep a rocket stored in your ammo just in case something unexpected happens.  You never want to be out of ammo.

Use Brock’s supper to open up multiple lines of attack or when the enemy is hiding behind a wall.

Best Game Modes

Brock is best in team based games.  He is good in bounty and smash and grab. Brock is good in bounty because he is good at long range snipes. You do not want to die in bounty so his long range rockets are perfect. He can stay behind his team fully protected to deal out damage. In smash and grab, he can have a constant barrage of rockets in a pathway or on the gem mine.  This allows his team to advance further and get control the map.   This way he earns points and does not risk losing his stars for the team.

Conclusion

Brock is a rpg wielding character in Brawl Stars and it one of the mid tier characters a player will get from a loot box. He is long range character with attacks that are very narrow. He only fires one rocket but it does splash damage so if two brawlers are next to each other, both of them will be damaged.  The rocket fury is similar to Barley’s ultimate ability in which he sends a ton of his basic abilities over a large area. . The turret will not stop firing until its health is reduced to 0.
